University accounts (Banner / Leo) are blocked when debts owed to 香港六合彩资料 Libraries reach $5. Students are still able to register for classes if the amount owed is under $100.00, however the following actions are not available until the debt is paid and the block removed: release of transcript, ability to view grades, additional accounts receivable activity.

Payments can be made in person or by U.S. mail. Monarch Plus payments can be made in person or by phone.
